Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or offshore or island destinations outside the contiguous 48 states. We do not offer international shipping.

Free Shipping and Exclusions

We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States on eligible items. Certain large or fragile products, such as some wall mirrors, wall art, and tables, are not eligible for free shipping.

When applicable, the product page will state: “This item is not eligible for free shipping.” Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Carriers and Tracking

We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information so you can monitor delivery.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Large or fragile items may take longer because of special packaging requirements, and processing may take longer during the holiday season.

Delivery Time

Most standard orders arrive within 5–8 business days after shipment. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method and may be longer during holidays or peak periods.

Packaging and Handling

We carefully package our products and use protective materials to help reduce the risk of damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please follow the instructions in our Refund Policy and contact us promptly.
